Tropicana & Banyan Group will develop first branded residences in Johor - Skypark Kepler

KUALA LUMPUR: Tropicana Corporation Bhd has partnered with Banyan Group which based in Singapore to develop project of first branded residential at Johor, Malaysia. 

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM2.1billion, the project is part of Tropicana's RM80 billion, 163-arce Lido Waterfront Boulevard township. 

The Skypark Kepler will comewith 2 towers of 54-storey building and total 1,596 units also provided with fully furnished. The layouts will be range from 436 to 807sqft with pricing from RM790,000. Besides, there are also include over 40 facilities provided.
