About Air Selangor
Air Selangor is the largest water operator in Malaysia. They distrubuting clean and safe treated water to consumers in areas which including Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and also Putrajaya.Air Selangor operate 34 water treatment plants located in 11 regions, which at Petaling, Klang/Shah Alam, Kuala Langat, Sepang, Gombak, Hulu Langat, Hulu Selangor, Sabak Bernam, Kuala Selangor, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Federal Territory of Putrajaya.
Understand your Meter Reading
You can refer the below example picture:
1. The meter counter displays for total water consumption, measured in cubic metres (m3).
2. There are 8-digit number with 4 decimal points. The first 4 digits are in white and the 4 decimal points in red.
3. The picture showed water used in the meter is 748.1910m3. For billing purposes, only 748m3 (digits in white) is captured as billed consumption.
How to pay?
1. Firstly, you have to get your bill.

-or you can download the Air Selangor app to search your bill with your Air Selangor account number.

2. There are few options to make payment:
Option 1: Jompay (Biller code: 4200)
Option 2: Pay from Air Selangor app (FPX or e-Wallet)
Option 3: Nearby convenience store (KK Mart, 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart)
Option 4: Visit Air Selangor counter in any branch
