Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya to be placed under CMCO

PETALING JAYA: Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya will be placed under a Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) from 12:01am on 14 October 2020 until 27 October 2020.

Senior Minister of Security Ismail Sabri Yaakob said this was due to the rise in Covid-19 cases in the districts of Klang, Petaling Jaya, Gombak and Hulu Langat.

During CMCO we have to follows rules that listed, which are as below:


1.) Only two members of household may leave the house to buy necessities.

2.) All schools, higher education institutions, training institutes, kindergartens, childcare centres, public parks and recreational centres will be closed. 
3.) Mosques and other non-Muslim places of worship will also be closed.
4.) Entertainment centres and nightclubs will not be allowed to operate.
5.) Inter-district travel is prohibited. For those with reasonable reasons must present their employee pass or letter or permission from their company.
